Cancellation Policy
At You’re Organic, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every client, we’ve established the following booking policy: No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens! That’s why we offer a one-time grace for your first no-show or same-day cancellation—no charge, no stress. However, after the first occurrence: Your deposit will be forfeited for any future no-shows or same-day cancellations. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and helps us hold your spot on the schedule. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session out of respect for the next client. Services shortened due to late arrival are still charged at the full price. Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else and maintain a smooth booking experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.
